Our Production Process & QC System

All our office furniture are produced in our self-owned automated workshop, with independent quality inspectors assigned to every production stage, to guarantee stable bulk quality and minimize after-sales issues for wholesale clients.

Raw Material Cutting

Raw particle board & melamine panels enter the automatic beam saw cutting line. Workers cut all panels according to standardized order drawings. Uniform CNC cutting size is the foundation of stable assembly effect. All leftover materials are sorted to avoid mixing defective panels into production.

Full-automatic Edge Banding Workshop

Panels go through heavy-duty automatic edge banding machines for seamless sealing. Smooth, waterproof and scratch-resistant edge banding prevents panel moisture damage during long sea shipping. Our equipment ensures zero glue overflow and consistent edge quality for mass orders.

Precision Drilling & Grooving

Fully automatic multi-row drilling machines punch all screw holes, connector grooves and cabinet assembly positions in one pass. Precise hole position ensures easy assembly for end buyers and avoids fitting mismatch complaints，Digital control equipment ensures consistent hole positions for each order.

Manual Fine Trimming & Surface Inspection

Workers trim tiny burrs and uneven edges by hand after machining. Every single panel’s melamine surface is checked for scratches, color difference or damage at this stage; flawed panels are eliminated immediately before assembly.

Pre-assembly & Detail Checking

Our workers pre-install all hardware fittings and test the full assembly of desks, cabinets and bookshelves. We check drawer sliding, door closing stability, table leg bearing capacity and surface flatness to fix any hidden problems in advance.

Container Loading & Shipment

Our loading yard supports full container load (FCL) & mixed container consolidation. We supervise container loading on site, stack goods reasonably to avoid extrusion damage, and provide loading photos/videos for every client for order transparency.

Design & Order Tracking

Our in-house foreign trade & design office communicates every order detail with clients, updates production progress regularly, customizes product drawings and packaging solutions to match local market needs.

Finished Product Final Inspection

This is our core QC link for zero after-sales. All finished furniture sets undergo 100% visual & functional inspection as per our export standard checklist. Any unqualified goods will be reworked before packaging.

Manual Cleaning & Inspection of Panels

Every panel is manually clean by workers, and checked panel surface quality, inspect edge band cuts, in the same time touch up the color of all edge-cut to match the surface.

Export Standard Packaging

Qualified products are wrapped with 15mm thickness foam, plastic film and hard cartons. We use anti-collision foam and moisture-proof packaging specially upgraded for long-distance ocean transport to customer warehouse, to reduce cargo damage during sea transit.
